Join us the first Thursday of every month for a night of gallery walks throughout DWNTWN. Watch and learn from local artists as they perform their crafts. Support community artisans and shops as you explore the DWNTWN community.
St. Patrick’s Day Parade
6 p.m. Saturday, March 16
Sponsored by Muncie Sanitary District
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a DWNTWN parade. The annual parade will begin at the Muncie Central fieldhouse and travel south on Walnut Street to Charles Street, where it will turn and return via Mulberry Street.
NFL Draft Day Tailgate Event
2–5:30 p.m. Saturday, April 27

As one of the “Original Towns” of the NFL, the Colts will be making a 6th Round draft pick live from Canan Commons. Join us for an afternoon of fun, celebrating Muncie’s history with the NFL. Meet Colts alumni player Bill Brooks and Colts cheerleaders, and learn more about the Muncie Flyers, one of the founding teams of the NFL. Additional activities include a DJ, inflatables, food trucks, lawn games, and more.
