About the Job 

The Operations and Finance Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Muncie Downtown Development Partnership (MDDP). This position is responsible for maintaining organized systems, supporting routine bookkeeping and financial administrative tasks, managing organizational records and databases, and helping ensure internal operations run smoothly and efficiently. 

This role is highly detail-oriented and execution-focused, with an emphasis on organization, consistency, and follow-through. 

This is a part-time position with the potential to grow as organizational capacity increases.
